Composite Pickleball Paddles by Recess
As if pickleball wasn't fun enough already: Have a look at these paddles . . .
Austin-based Recess continues to roll out stylish, fun and well-made paddles and other accessories for the hottest new court sport in the land.
Shown here is the Vista design, one of a variety of colorful surface decorations available (the reverse sides are two-tone with the Recess logo). All of the Classic style paddles feature a fiberglass, textured surface giving you more spin and ball control, while underneath is a honeycomb polypropylene core. Light, but solid.
Recess is another one of the those “sweet” side stories from the bitter-sweet pandemic fallout: Cooped up and itching to move, Co-Founder and CEO Maggie Brown learned to love pickleball as an escape from home confinement. But she wasn’t loving the pickleball gear from more traditional designers. So, she teamed up with childhood friend and entrepreneur Grace Moore to launch Recess.
Nice work, Maggie and Grace!
The Vista paddle is $86. To find the paddle that best suits you, click the link below. And make sure you have a look at their Sets, which get you at least two paddles, a ball and court bag for a nice price.
