Hacienda Modular Homes by HiFAB
Designed by Lake Flato, these efficient factory-built homes deliver elevated style without an elevated price.
Based on 7 acres in Grand Prairie, Oaxaca Interests has recently introduced its handsome Hacienda Modular Homes under the brand HiFAB, a special project featuring architectural design by Lake Flato, of San Antonio.
Lake Flato, of course, is one of America’s elite architecture firms, which means ordinarily, a home originating on their drafting tables will likely cost you $600+ per square foot. With these HiFAB modulars, you get all the style and thoughful design of a Lake Flato build, but with appreciable cost savings—closer to the $300+/ft. range, by comparison.
Plus, you get all the benefits of a factory-built dwelling: a controlled environment where weather delays are non-existent, plus the privilege of watching your home progress along the factory floor in real-time via the HiFAB website.
It’s all the realized vision of HiFAB founder Brent Jackson, whose aim is to become the leading modular home builder in Texas. Functional, sylish (they’re very Texas-y), and sustainable, these Haciendas boast the elements needed to achieve that. We predict good things for HiFAB.
